What is the best photo sharing slide show software for digital scrappers?
I’m interested in finding a software that will allow me to make my original digital scrapbooking pages into a slideshow that resembles a book. That is, the pages appear to turn as the transitions between slides & will allow me to add music. Power Point isn’t cutting it because you can’t add music & it doesn’t have transitions that look like book opening or page turning. Photoshop Elements will allow music to be added & allows you to turn it into a DVD, but the quality of the photos is terrible. Oh, and I need to be able to also turn this into a DVD that someone can pop into their DVD player & play.
Best one I can think of offhand which might be able to do everything you want is FlipAlbum (http://www.flipalbum.com/fahome/) There are others on the market, but you’ll probably find that they don’t include all the features you’re after.
I’d strongly advise going for the Pro (i.e. the paid for) version of this. If memory serves, the free one, while allowing you to access all features initially, then refverts to a locked out state after the trial period, where some features work, and some don’t……..
