I’d suggest putting togeather a gift basket for her. Hit up your local dollar store for cellophane, tissue paper, and a nice basket or tin to get you started. Put the tissue paper in the bottom of the tin, and arrange things like coloured paper, a pair of scisors, outdoor or sports-related stickers (maybe some running shoe stickers?), a water bottle, some shoe laces, and other things that are related to her interests (you know her better than I do!)
The whole thing will cost about $10 if you go to dollar / discount /clearance stores for these things, and if you get a nice tin, she can use it for storing her scrap booking stuff. Good luck!
