Cheap or free scrapbooking?
I love to scrapbook but it seems like everything is so expensive and we are on a short budget. Anywhere we can get it cheap or free?
Also, any tips?
I agree dollar stores have nice things, big lots and EBAY, if you look. I have found some wonderful things at those places, I would never pay retail for scrapbooking supplies, you can find them cheaper if you shop around. Also you can use paper clips or other stationary items as embellishments and that would be low cost also. Sometimes the things you use that you wouldn’t expect to see on a scrapbook page make the best pages.
