Is this concider a violation of non-commercial licence?
I have a small business.. i get clip art, embellishements, background and other items from scrapbooking sites. some are free, some i buy. all this have a note that says “for non-commercial use”
If i have a client that wants a background to be used on her video, (which is for personal use only) and i design this using this items that i found online…. then i charger her a fee for the time spent putting it together.
is this concider a violation of the non-commercial licence?
