Classy, timeless ideas for family scrapbooks? Can’t find a format I like.?
I’m over 6 years and 1000 photos behind in scrapbooking because I cannot find a format for family scrapbooking that I like. Can anyone help me by pointing me in the direction of some ideas that will probably NOT go out of style. I don’t want to use trendy papers that will look old fashioned in 2 years or any gaudy embellishments on the pages. But I don’t like the look of digital scrapbooking either because the paper the photos and design are printed on look ‘cheap’, in my extremely picky opinion. I like printing my photos from a photo lab in 4×6 and 5×7 sizes. Again, I have over 1000 of them and I need some ideas!

I’m with you there, and there are a lot of gaudy embellishments out there. The whole idea is to tell a story to the one looking at the scrapbook.
