Who has worked with creative memories and what was your experience?
I love scrapbooking and am thinking of selling, but I would like to know what others have experienced. Please feel free to give me the good and the bad. Thanks for your help.
I sold twice, once in the US and later in Germany (military family). In the States I had a great upline and enjoyed it. I never sold huge amounts, but I did complete my 30-60-90 day plan ( its worth the effort). I had some friends and family that did it with me, so I managed to stay in for over two years and we all had lots of fun. I sold to them at a bit of a discount and I got my products cheaper than retail.
In Germany it was ok, but my upline really pushed everyone to sell, sell, SELL! I didn’t like that, so I quit after a year.
If you have alot of scrapping to do and want your stuff cheaper, its a nice option. It can be profitable if you work it as a business. Selling something you like is always a good thing. The two years I sold, I loved it. I did a few shows and even had an account going with my daughter’s preschool (they were scrapping the school’s photo history). Talk to friends and family. Save money for a few months so your first order is things you can use/want/afford. Don’t ever use your own money to buy things you cannot afford. I always made sure I had the money in hand before I placed an order. It can be a fun business. Best of luck!
