I need help in organizing my scrapbooking supplies (embellishments, stickers, die-cuts, etc.).?
I have a lot of embelishments, stickers, cut outs, and die cut outs. Basically stuff I’ve collected and have used over time, or find on sale and keep that doesn’t get used, but could somewhere else. What is way to organize it so it’s easier to find. I’ve put it in folders but still feel like it doesn’t get used since I can’t see it or forgotten. Any suggestions. I do travel and go to events a lot so it would need to be transportable. I have all my tools, paper, and albums, organized, it’s just those things I can’t. Thanks!
I always string my things like that on book binding rings. I put all the packages of crystals together on one ring, the pakages of chipboard on another etc. They are very easy to flip through when you go to a crop that way. It has saved me from buying more packets of the same stickers/crystals as i can easily see what I have already got.
I also link all the book binding rings of different embellishments together so I can pick the whole lot up at once. No more scrabbling things together!
Then I have a clear plastic bin that I ‘file’ my rub ons in when I go away. The bin has a top insert layer so I put my punches in the bottom of the bin and the rub ons in the top layer. Ribbon fits in well also.
HTH!
