Scrapbooking/collage question?
For my boyfriend’s and my year, I am creating a scrapbook including photos, ticket stubs, and poems we have wrote to eachother. I have a total of about fifty poems.
The first 18 poems were wrote back and forth in one day, are FAIRLY SHORT, and of much importance to the book.
I was hoping to put these first short 18 on ONE scrapbook page, but can’t think of an idea for a layout that wouldn’t look TOO cluttered, but would still depict them enough to see.
Anyone who does scrapbooking have any ideas on how to make a poem collage out of 18 short poems on a scrapbooking page? Layout examples etc. would be of much help. I’ve looked around a little and haven’t found much of what I’m looking for. Thanks!
How special your album is going to be! I love it that you have all those poems to treasure.
I made an accordion album of some pics of a special birthday I had and adhered that to the page. Just take a long piece of cardstock, fold it back and forth like you would to make a fan only make the fan ‘blades’ as wide as your poems. Adhere poems to both the front and the back of your accordioned paper except for the very last fold. Use that fold to attach your accordion to your page. Then refold the accordion so it is flat on the page.
