What kind of paper & software would I use to make my own 12×12 papers?
I want to make my own patterned papers for scrapbooking. I do not want to make the paper itself, but I want to print the patterns using a wide format printer. What is the best and easiest program to use and where would I get acid free 12×12 papers?
As far as neutralizing it won’t work as I want to make the patterned paper customized to sell. As for the paper, you can get Cardstock anywhere in the stores but not the light weight bond paper needed to scrapbook. Thats my delima. 
I don’t know about the software to do this, but as far as the paper… why don’t you just buy packs of plain scrapbooking paper and print on it? That way you’re pretty sure it is photo safe. They sell packs of plain scrapbooking paper almost anywhere nowadays.
