PNG AND JPEGMy sister made a couple of digital scrapbooking quick page that are in png, but when I get it,?
it opens in jpeg. I can download png from the Internet without difficulty, but not her’s.

png, jpg, and gif are all web savvy compatible, if image was uploaded as png, then file should remain png,
~although some sites used for file storage convert to other formats, jpg to> png, or png to> jpg, once those files are uploaded to web album, they have been changed, you can down load to desktop and open with other editor, then save as jpg, but image quality will have changed already,
~best way to transfer exact file is as attachment in email, or zip file compressed, and other user can open zip then view png,
~ try other web album sites that do not convert file,
