Do you feel like a different person after having a baby?
I am 22 (had my son when i was 21) and my son is 5 months old… before my son i was a party girl… studied at uni and worked fulltime. Now i’m a fulltime mum, never party (dont feel like it) drink wine instead of bourbon, and have changed my choice of career from ‘social work’ to ‘photography’…. maybe cause i love taking photos of my son haha but i am a totally different person now my son is in the world. I even do scrapbooking and play the flute!!! I have also changed my choice in clothes and always buy my son stuff when i go shopping and buy nothing for myself, but i dont mind. How have you changed? I feel like my sole purpose in life is to be a mother so i am already thinking of having more babies!!! am i crazy lol
I am definitely a different person, completely for the better. I was pretty lost, with my life not really going anywhere, and was into drugs really bad. I feel like a actually “fit” in the spot of being a mom. My little girl is such a blessing, and she’s already done more for me, by saving my life, then I will ever be able to do for her. So in turn I strive to be the best mom, I can possibly be for her.
On a lighter note, I’ve also became a lot passionate about of the planet. I’ve always recycled, and cared about the Planet. Now, I have to think about it, so my daughter, and her children have a nice place to live.
