When Scrapbooking, which goes on Top? Is it the Cardstock on the paper, or Paper on the Cardstock?
Im trying to learn how to scrapbook but dont know where to start. Any ideas or suggestions?
I usually do paper on cardstock. The cardstock is usually a solid color and I use that as the background. I find coordinating pattern paper to make things look pretty.
I suggest taking a scrapbooking 101 class at your local scrapbooking store. Also look at Simple Scrapbooks the magazine – it’s my favorite one.
