Where can I buy a scrapbook like this?
My grandma and great-grandma both had scrapbooks that were all black, with black pages. They were rectangular, maybe 6-7″ high and 12″ long. I really like the look and feel of the old books, but have been unable to find any that are similar for my scrapbooking.
Are there any newer books, like ones that would have acid & lignin free papers, that would look similar? I have a Creative Memories one with black pages that is nice, but it’s square…I can find photo albums with black pages and dimensions I like, but they have no space to write, and they’re not scrapbooks.
you can probably find those kind in antique stores or flea markets. I don’t think they reproduce that look too much anymore because people want a fresh, up-to-date look mostly.
