I was at a school and they were having a raffle. It was for a SCRAPBOOKING KIT. The bowl was empty so I put four tickets in. Then a boy put one ticket in.
The raffle puller announced his name.
I soon found out the boy who won, his mom was the raffle puller!

rigged possibly or he just researched how to increase your odds of winning at those raffles. all you do is just fold the ticket a certain way and chances are the puller would notice it more. or since it is his mom he could have folded it a certain way and she could have grabbed it. i think so.
