scrapbooking?
for my brothers graduation… i am making him a scrapbook about us through the years and ya so i need some ideas for good pages like not so much themed just like good decorating ideas for it….
For some funky page ideas consider doing altered pages – check out scrapbook.com – look under altered pages.
How about make copies of the same picture = then cutting pieces of each copy to make the picture in the book 3D – you use pop dots to make certain pieces layered.
You can use all kinds of memorabilia from his school. Programs from events, plays, musicals, graduation, prom, etc. And decorate your page like it was a playbill from an old theater.
You can use all kinds of materials for making your pages really original – pins, wire, neat sayings – or the popular saying = in chip board which is really = the cardboard on the back of a tablet. ( Tape a decorative paper on the chip board – stencil the word or saying – cut out.) gives depth and texture to your page.
Cut your pictures in neat shapes and sizes – and frame with co-ordinating paper (mat the photo)
Be sure to include your brothers interests he was involved in after school? Did he have a part time job. What were his favorite movies, books, sports etc.
