My local post office keeps opening my media mail?
I live in a small town…the post office knows I receive a lot of scrapbooking items. Therefore every media mail package I receive is opened by a postal worker (in my town) and I am charged additional postage for priority rate; since they say scrapbooking items are ineligible for media mail…most of the time I didn’t know the person was going to send them media mail. I have been told that only postal inspectors can open media mail en route. Is there anyone I can turn my post office into and should I do it?

media mail is for newspapers, magazines, cds, dvds, ect pretty strict rules
media means just that, not blank paper or scrapbooking supplies, thats not media
