Is there really a problem with using items that ar not acid free in scrapbooking ?
I live in Kingston, Ontario and there are lots and lots of stickers and things at the Dollar Store that would be great for scrapbooking but obviously, they’re not acid-free. Does anyone know if this poses a real problem.
It can damage your photos over the years. Some of the cheap stickers will yellow themselves or just fall off. You really shouldn’t use them at all. But if you do make sure they don’t have any contact with any photo. Same with the tape you use to adhere your photos, that really needs to be acid free. Photo tabs are cheap and can be used safely
