How to help my 6yo with Scrapbooking – where to start!!?
my daughter is an avid photographer (in the making) and wants to display all the photos she has taken. I would love to teach her scrapbooking but have no idea where to start!!
Im trying to research but i cant seem to find a website that explains it properly – they are so vague and assume you already know the techniques.
I need simple stuff coz my girl is only 6yo but very creative and excellent at taking pics!!

i scrapbook like a 6 year old,.,,lol,, now n then we did it for playgroup
id cut up a bunch of different colour coordinated wrapping paper, cut with the wriggly scissors [reject shop had em yesterday a set for $12 at highpoint] i cut em in rectangles, squares ect
print out a heap of words in different fonts to match the photo [happy, cool, princess, love, ect ect]
give her some photos n a glue stick and let her glue them all where she likes [make an example for her to follow so she knows how to layer things]
u could laminate the end pic or give her a binder, she will have a ball
once she gets started u can buy stickers and other stuff they sell for scrapbooking in packs, theyr cheap from Sams warehouse [the warehouse crazy clints]
its a lot of fun, even ash n brock have done some cool ones i framed that we did at playgroup, hangin in our toilet, come have a pee at my house and see,,,lol
[actually just remembered i saw a book for sale at sams warehouse for $6 called scrapbooking for girls, it had step by step great ideas, that was a few weeks ago, dunno if they have any left but they were pretty good for her]
edit 2WICKED , you couldnt have missed us, we were the effin most loudest family there, i was even embarrased, the kids weere so whingy and spoilt and screaming and omg i wanted to scream too, lol
