How many gigs do I need for my family?
Can someone more computer savvy than I give me a little insight? We are getting a “family computer”, which will live in the playroom. It will be used for itunes, photo archiving (to include scrapbooking and probably some light video storage and editing), and children’s web-based games with the occasional downloaded games for kids. The kids are only 2 and 5 – big into learning… we want the computer to last a while, but we don’t want more than we need…
Any suggestions on how much memory, speed, etc. to get? This would be our first family computer as we’ve only ever had laptops.
We’re probably going with a Mac, unless someone can make a great argument for a PC…
