Scrapbooking with vellum?
I have a book of expressions for my grandchild’s memory book. The quotes(expressions) are on vellum. How do I use these on the pages of the scrapbook? Do I tape them, glue them, or is there a better way to apply them?
There is vellum tape by Scotch brand. But using a brad or embellishment would be better because nothing is completely invisible under vellum. Do not use any glue stick or liquid glue on vellum
